Stoneware Pottery
Our stoneware pottery is fired to a temperature of 2400 degrees F, which vitrifies the clay into a very durable material. All of our functional pottery is fired in this way. All the glazes are unique and completely non-toxic. This type of pottery may be used in the oven, microwave, and dishwasher. When cooking in the oven always have food at room temperature before cooking. and never place on a hot burner or in a preheated oven. Place the dish in a cool oven and add on a little cook time to compensate for not preheating. All handmade pottery will have small variations in color and size.
